Hi can I have a private post please. How do mums to be cope when they drop from a fairly good wage to SMP it seems a ridiculously low amount to live on. And before anyone starts dissing me. I have been there and when you are used to a low income you get by so mat money is just about the same as your wage anyway. I am really concerned not that I won’t have any money to spend , just that I literally won’t have enough money to live on and pay my bills. It’s making me really anxious and thinking how long can I realistically stay off work and enjoy my baby being small.
