Hi can I have a private post please.

I gave birth three weeks ago and had stitches, they got infected and last Friday was gave antibiotics to help it. I’ve stopped bleeding but my stomach is still very sore at times especially after eating. I thought this was due to the infection or maybe cramping from bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal or should I be concerned?
