Hi can I have a private post please

I gave birth to my son 7 weeks ago and had unprotected sex at 4 weeks.. I’ve done 2 pregnancy tests and both have come back positive. Could I be pregnant or are they pregnancy hormones that are left over? So worried as I had a horrible pregnancy last time I don’t know if I could go through it again. No judging please
