Hi can I have a private post please

I’m currently taking the mini pill (norgeston) I’m 37 and over the past couple of months I noticed that my periods were coming every two weeks 😞 my last period was on the 7 July but I started to get period belly ache on Friday just gone and when I went to the toilet (sorry for tmi) when I wiped it was a dark browny/pink colour anyway I presumed it was another period but just to be on the safe side I made an appointment with the nurse to have some swabs done which I did and she told me I had loads of old blood inside me and that I would have to wait for the results to come back ……..since Friday I’m still wiping what seems to be old blood and new blood away 😞

Could this be all down to my mini pill or could it be something more serious I’m such a worry wort and I’m due to go away soon abroad and all I can think about is my swab results also my dr put me on these drink things as I’m also constipated and he reckons it could be ibs my heads a mess right now and I honestly don’t know what to expect I’ve been and had some bloods done this morning to have my iron levels and thyroids checked I’ve googled my symptoms and all I kept getting was cervical cancer am I over thinking things sorry for the long winded post but I just needed to get it off my chest
