hi can I have a private post please. I’m just wondering if others have had experience with night terrors? I think my two year old is going through them, and the past month has been awful. she wakes up screaming at least 5 times a night, I’m at work most days so the only way to get some sleep is to put her in my bed. nothing in her life has changed that could’ve triggered them, they seem to have started when she was poorly. Any help would be greatly received, I’m at my wits end as shes so naughty in the day fro being tired and wont nap either xx
