Hi, can I have a private post please. Is 3 times a week for three hours enough for my son to see his dad? We’re not together and when my son was born, he was over all day everyday (I live with my parents) and he sent me some really nasty messages when I came out of hospital saying I was selfish. Then on Christmas Day he text me saying he wanted to see his son more, I went mental as he was over all day everyday and I wasn’t sleeping, I also hadn’t bonded with my son in that time, so I told him we had to cut his time down to 3 times a week for three hours. He comes to mine one day to see him and has him at his house for the other two days but my son hates him and all he does is scream and cry the whole time he has him? What should I do? Thanks

‘Hates him’ is a bit strong 😧 why dont you do what most people do I think, and do every other weekend and a day in the week. Just consider yourself lucky this dad actually wants to see his child.
