Hi can I have a private post please it’s about my private life and don’t want anyone knowing I am asking this question. Right now I get legal aid for court for my little boy (I have him) my partner is just about to move in and he earns £1100 a month would I still be entitled to legal aid ? I don’t work as my child is in need of 24 hour care and obviously a lot of the benefits I already receive will stop so once you take rent council tax etc off his wage it’s not much left I can’t find anywhere to answer this question but don’t want to move him in before I know as I will not allow court to stop and couldn’t afford it otherwise.
