Hi can i have a private post please… Iv got 3 children 2 of them are my ex. We split before our second was born, he said he is taking me to court, I was just wondering where I stand, he introduced a new woman to the children without me knowing ( which I wasn’t pleased about ) but anyway I met her a few times and she was basically telling me what she is planning for my children after them being together for only 5 months and I get a phone call one night of my ex saying she has been drinking for most of the 6 weeks holidays and smashed a glass in his face, iv not allowed the children near her and as a result of this my ex has now said he is going to take me to court so his new girlfriend can see the children and he has not seen the children for over 2 months now, does anyone know what would happen in court will they allow this new gf around the children ?
