Hi, can I have a private post please.. me and my partner who’s serving in British Army are thinking about getting married and moving to where he’s based in Northern Island, I have a daughter from a previous relationship she has no contact with her father due to him not wanting any.. my question is does anyone know what the stipulations are about moving there with my daughter? Ie do we need fathers permission etc or because it’s still within UK it wouldn’t be needed? Thank you ☺️

If father is named on birth certificate you’ve to have his permission unfortunately good luck
