Hi can I have a private post please,
I have a two year old child but me and her dad aren’t together.
I’ve had a new partner for a year now and we would like to take my daughter on holiday next summer.
Her dad is telling me I’m not aloud to take my daughter on holiday with my boyfriend but surely he can’t just tell me no unless it’s a genuine reason??
Also, he’s not on the birth cert
Can anyone suggest if I should seek legal advice or just take her anyway?
