Hi can I have a private post please,

I have recently split with an my partner well ex now Just before Christmas and a lot has happened over that period of time police have been called etc, also due to this fallen out with a so called friend too and now I just feel completely alone and feel like I have no one at all. I also have serve depression as well. Has anyone else felt like this and what has helped get past it x
