Hi can I have a private post please

I suffered bad with postnatal depression and been to the doctors got put on multiple different types of tablets none of which helped at all, my now ex partner used to beat me up at the same time as having the postnal depression he is now in another relationship which I find hard to see my attacker happy in another relationship yet i feel soo worthless and horrible about what he has done to me, has anyone been through this ? I am just finding everything so hard ATM and see no light at the end of the tunnel
