Hi can I have a private post please

Just noticed this rash on my son (4months old) I’m assuming it’s milk spots? It’s only on his neck and his shoulder…Sorry the picture isn’t great he wouldn’t sit still 😂 can anyone clarify what it is please he’s fine in himself, thanks 🙂
