Hi can I have a private post please

My periods are more than a month late and I’ve been feeling nausea and sleeping a lot nowadays which I’ve never done

Also having lower back pain and vomiting

I’ve done a clear blue test last month but it shows that im not pregnant

Can I be pregnant?

Need help I’m so confused

My breast also been very sore the last 2 months thought I was gonna get my periods but nothing
