Hi can I have a private post pls? My other half has just been diagnosed with anxiety/depression and I don’t understand it, he can go weeks with Been fine then all of a sudden will just say he’s got it again and go to doctors again. I’m trying to be helpful but don’t know how I can be and feel like I’m bringing up our little one on my own. Don’t know what else I can do I can’t look after everybody.
