Hi can I have a private post plz I moved in with my partner 2 years ago after shortly meeting I had rent arrears we had a bit of trouble from neighbours violence etc and they wouldn’t move us rent arrears before he moved in so we resorted to moving in a 1 bed caravan with a fixed bedroom since then we have had a baby it’s about 19ft I’m not a priority to be housed I have points for over crowding I’m currently paying my rent arrears every month back my sons now 8 months and the caravan is not practical and it’s so small and I am always worried about letting him play on floor encase he bangs into stuff now the council r doing absolutely nothing to rehouse me I’ve had letters from ss when They got involved due to living in the caravan! Nothing has helped they don’t seem bothered but guess what this is getting me so depressed and down about I’ve been on the list for over a year and nothing and the women’s like we can’t just magic a house up nah I know but then I see people from the town getting houses when they already have them 😠 I’m also having to resort to moving else where and away from support to probably get a house which is making me more sad I guess am asking can someone tell me exactly why there penalising my man an baby who havent got any arrears! Also must add the property I had trouble at he wasn’t ever declared as living there this was ages ago yes bad me I know now we live together and everything is official now but I feel like I’ve hit a dead end plz don’t bash me thanks
