Hi can I have an anonymous post please!! My children ‘s dad has been in prison most there life, after 11 year he was recently realised!! He took me to court back when he was first sentenced for access, & won his case for the fact access would be supervised!! (dad’s have rights) & all that shite!!! Anyway since being released 5weeks ago he’s been recalled & is currently on remand!! My kids don’t want to go & see him(after feeling let down, after waiting so long for him) but are being made to feel guilty of his family members!!! My question is, where do I stand?? If they are refusing to go, they are nearly teenagers now!! can/should a make them?? Will the court order still stand from 2006,when he’s been let out & sent bk?? Am truly at my wits end, me & the children are clearing getting blackmailed with if a court order that am not even sure would still stand!!!
