Hi, can I please have a private post to the private chat please?
My, recently turned, two year old doesn’t speak, he can probably say like 15 words, if that…. But we have started potty training with him and after three days he figured it out and has been dry in the house for a few week now but I still haven’t taken him out in pants yet. Just pull-ups. (and nappies at night.)
How can I get him out of pull-ups when we are outside?
In the house he doesn’t tell us he needs the potty, he just goes over to it and does his wee so I am worried that if we take him out in pants he won’t tell/show us he needs the potty isn’t in view and he’ll just do it in his underwear and it’s not like I can carry his potty everywhere with me (it’s a big potty). Even if we say ‘do you need a wee’ he rarely respond so it’s not like I can ask him in advance if he needs a wee.
Any advice? He has done amazing with the potty training in the house and we haven’t even had an accident at home in about 10 days. xx
