Hi can u possibly post this for me i need advice. Thank u.
I have 5 soon to be 6 children. 4 to my partner and my oldest 2 have different dads. I was wondering how child mantenence works now? My oldest son (12) dad doesnt work and doesnt really see him. Only when he can be bothered to visit when my oldest goes to his grandads every fortnight. I applied to csa years ago but was told he was not working and had no income so the case was closed. I would like to try again as i asked him to help towards school uniform for the 3rd year in a row to be ignored!! My 9yr old has never met his dad. His father told me when i found out i was pregnant ( i plant the seed.. i dont watch it grow!!) I later found out he had ALOT more children. I knew about 1 of them at the time who he had regular contact with. His dad is not a nice person hes been in and out the jail etc picked the locks on my front door when i was pregnant just to intimidate me. Anyway i know he works as i have seen him at the bottom of my street thing is i dont actually know is d.o.b or n.i number. Where he lives or even a phone number. I know the name of his business now and his name. Would i get very far with that? Hes not on my sons b.c but he knows 100% hes his. Can he deny and refuse dna? If he pays csa do i have to give him contact? My son doesnt care about him doesnt even ask. My partner has brought him up from 2yo. Even though he knows he is not his dad. He knows his dads name and has never asked to meet him etc. This man the last i heard had 16 kids.. yes 16.. i dont see how he should get away with “planting his seed” and running!! Any advice would be helpful. Sorry if this is all over the place trying to get it all out before my battery dies 😂
