Hi can u post for me please.

Hi all I go away September abroad and I suffer with really bad anxiety and panic attacks. I’m really worried about going on a plane for 4 hours I’m starting to suffer with really bad Nausea where It’s making me feel really sick how can I prevent this from happening?😞 I’m on medication but how do I get the sickness and Nausea to go please?😫
