Hi can you do a post for me please…. I really need some help! My daughter is the worst sleeper ever! One bit of noise and she’s up and it takes hours and hours to get her back down then once she is down its like she’s never actually asleep she niggles all night literally all night and cries but no tears just moaning then you tap her when it’s time to wake up and she shoots up like she was never asleep at all… I just dunno what to do any ideas? She’s always been in a routine and I’m still doing the same thing!
