Hi can you do me a pp please on the relevant page.

I’m not due on my period till 19th January but today I’ve got horrible period type cramping in both my sides, this morning I had cramps in my hips and legs when I stood up and now it’s just a constant period type pain 😔 could I have my period early or could it be something else 😬
