Hi could i get a private post please.

Since having my son nearly 4 months ago (my second baby, 2 emergency c-sections) sex has been so painful 🙁 it honestly leaves me in tears sometimes. It feels like a burning/stinging/scratching feeling no matter how slow we take it or what position or how much foreplay we do it just hurts so bad that I’m scared to do it. It’s not just sex either, I used to wear tampons before falling pregnant but now it hurts even putting a tampon in 🙁 Any other time it’s fine (Sorry tmi) but I don’t get any weird discharge, there’s no smell, no redness or anything like that
I know I need to go to the doctors but in all fairness im too nervous to go to them.
Anyone got any ideas what it could be?
