Hi could I have a post please –

I’ve been on the coil for 4 years in November and I am looking at getting it removed. I called the doctors up today to book a removal and I was told I need a telephone consultation over the phone before anything else. I am confused by this and said to the lady why do I need this as it’s for trying for a baby and don’t need to discuss any contraceptive methods and she advised me that it’s procedure so i wondering if any other ladies have been through similar? Also what do they do to you at the removal etc and if anyone had gotten pregnant after the removal and how it all went.
