hi, could i have a pp please? ive just found out im pregnant but not sure how far gone i am as my last period only lasted two days which has never happened before, but i am worrying a lot as im not having any sickness (this is my 2nd) im just so tired, feeling light headed and have achy shoulders.. i know the tiredness is normal but im worried about the achy shoulders.. does anyone know if this is normal or do i need to call my doctor back? thank you
