Hi, could I have a pp please. My ex took me to court for access- it was stopped due to child safety concerns and the children point blank refusing (they’re 11 and 15 years old)
He was awarded 1hr supervised visit every three weeks. Anyway my 11 year old point blank refuses and my 15 year old has started to refuse both calling and visits! It was agreed that I encourage but don’t have to force them, that if they don’t want to then he may have to accept this as a consequence of his n his wife’s actions!!!!
Anyway, apparently I don’t encourage them- I ask them if they want to see or speak and they refuse- other then dial the phone number and give them the phone (I won’t force them) what else can I do???

At the ages they are at nothing really especially the 15yr old definitely knows his/her own mind they are both at reasonable ages to decide uve done what u can tbh x
As long as you are not preventing them from calling or visiting you are doing what is required….If he doesn’t like the fact his children are hurt and don’t want to see or communicate with him he needs to fix it not you
Nothing there old enough to say no they dont want to talk or see him hun x
If you are taking them to a contact centre to see their dad, maybe make a appointment with the workers so you and children can share info in regards to them not wanting to see him at least then you have proof with somebody else that they don’t want to see him and he can’t say that you are stopping them
