Hi could I have a pp

I’m 39 weeks today, I’ve been having contractions since Tuesday but here’s the thing they come and go. I’ve been to the hospital on a few occasions this week and they’ve seen me contracting on the monitor and done me a sweep and I’ve lost my plug but nothing’s progressing, is there anything I can do to get things to move that little bit faster ? I have an appointment on Monday for my diabetes, what’s the chances they will induce me if labour doesn’t start especially with having the diabetes ?
