Hi could i have a ppp? So im almost 36 weeks pregnant and suffering pretty damn badly with piles. They come and go and are worse at times due to me having to take iron tablets. Iv been to the doctors a few times the latest being last week and she prescribed me more treatment to try. Absolutely nothing seems to be working and the last 2 days one has swollen up huge and is mega painful. Have you ladies any advice please as im struggling to cope with them and i defo want to try and get them sorted before i go into labour. Thanks
