Ladies could anyone give me a bit of advice on how to calm my anxiety. The father of my baby walked out when I told him I was pregnant and not seen him since my baby is 6 months old now and has text me this morning asking if he could meet him. He has paid maintenance through cms with no problem and I’ve always made it clear to him that if he ever changed his mind about wanting to be in his life to get in touch as I would never stop him. I’m so pleased for my son but my nerves are in shreads for some reason, all shaky and I’ve a feeling of panic in my chest. If anyone could give any advice id be very grateful TIA
