Hi, could I have a private post please 🙂

Desperately needing advice..
My 5 year old son has never been easy or a happy child. He’s just getting worse & worse, he’ll hit me & his siblings, he’s moody n a hard child. He has days where he can be lovely but that’s rare. He’s very hyper, always fidgeting, if u say no for anything he’ll go off on one & start smashing the house screaming crying ect. But over the last few weeks its just getting worse its getting where I’m scared to take him out like yesterday he hit me out in public cos he was bored waiting to pay in asda. He says horrible things when he’s lashing out about how he hates everyone n wants to punch ppl in their face ect ..
I do have a doctors app booked for him but its not for another 2 weeks. I’m just feeling so low & fed up. Any ideas to what u think it could be?
Family think ADHD or bipolar as it runs in extended family
