Hi could I have a private post please
I feel so ashamed but need some advice, I’ve just went to the toilet after being constipated for about a week and a half and when I’ve whipped I looked at the tissue and there was a couple of clumps of something that looked like phlegm 😷 disgusting I know, I’ve heard it’s common in pregnancies to get constipated but never heard of anything like this + this is my first so don’t know what to expect does anyone know what this could be please?

Honestly im on my second pregnancy and i dont know what ends witch!!!! I get exactly the same issue but you leak somthing thats like anal fluid out of ya foof!!! Its a form of mucus helps protect your poop tract as well as aiding toileting unfortunately constipation can trigger more of it. Never had it with my first but as long as theres no large amount of blood dont worry x
Its mucus with you being constipated mucus protects your bum when the poo is coming out xx
I had this with my first son I used to go weeks and it used to be the same x
