Hi could I have a private post please! I finish up my work on Friday due to getting a new job which I start at end of th month! Altho there’s a problem as I’m waiting on refrence from my current job, my boss or supervisor are not allowed to send refrence , it can only be HR!and it has been 2 weeks , my boss won’t let me phone HR and says she will email and phone but there has no been any updates! Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do , as I’m getting really pissed off about this , and don’t see how my managet or supervisor can’t just give me one , as HR don’t know me!
