Hi could I have a private post please, I had emergency surgery on Sunday I had a strangulated hernia witch had caused my gut to twist, they ended up removing the hernia and a small price of bowel witch was dead caused by the hernia. I had my appendix out in February as well but I haven’t been told anything about the recovery how long it will take and what I should and shouldn’t be doing can anyone help please can’t find anything on the internet
