Hi could I have a private post please. I’m looking for some advice on employment law can’t seem to find anything concrete on google, my work has been changing my clock in times (I.e I clock in when I start work say at 8:00am and they change it to 8:30am, clock in at 11am they change it to 11:15am) So although I started work at say 8am I’m only paid from the altered clock in time (8:30am) so I loose half an hour’s pay. This has happened numerous times over the course of 3 weeks, altering between 15-30 minutes each. Has anyone else had this happen? Not too sure where I stand with this, I have proof that they’ve changed it as the electronic system tells me when I originally clocked In vs what time it was changed to. Any advice appreciated thank you.
