Hi could I have a private post please

Not baby related

I have a bf of 7 years I have never been skinny am 6ft 2
And my weight has always been a problem more so now I have done something that I will never share with anyone and some other struggles I have tried slim fast juice plus straving myself (when I was a teenager i got bullied really bad )
But anyway more to the present my bf messaged me the other day saying he was sick of me moaning about my weight I messaged him joking about buying a large bar of chocolate it must of been the same height as me anyway his comments cut deep to the point am now obsessing about my weight I can hear his comments every time I even look at food we live separate so he got the silent treatment for a while and he did apologies but now am doing 30mins (done 45 mins today ) on my excericeing bike coz now all I can hear is basically am fat I have a belly (had 3 kids ) but it’s really getting me down please tell me am not the only 1 I don’t have friends to vent to so sorry about the long post
And please no comments just eat less already had that comment thanks xxx
