Hi could I have a private post please

My 9 month old has just woke up so I made his milk and went to change his nappy and noticed the nappy only seemed to be a bit wet when it’s normally soaked through from the night. He’s fine in himself although he has a runny nose which isn’t bothering him. Should I be worrying? Is he dehydrated? If so I will book doctors when it opens at 8:30 Thankyou x
