Hi could I have a private post please 😊

My son is 2 and has chicken pox he got them Tuesday and only last night he started crying as obviously it’s starting to take it out of him Iv just changed his bum and found this where a spot was any1 no what it is? Could it be infected do you think? He has been laid on the sofa all day and not complained until about half an hour ago. Tia
