Hi,
A little advice as can’t find anything on Google.

My ex partener is taking me to court for access to our 18 month old child – he has attacked me umpteen times during our 3 year relationship, he’s broke the law I’ve lost count how many times and Is due isn’t court to get the electronic tag which keeps him in from 7am-7pm
He’s going for 50/50 access what’s his chances ? Has anyone experienced anything similar? Thank you.
