Hi could I have a private post please
When I was pregnant with my little girl I went to hospital numerous times for bleeding. Had scans, internals and they never found anything. The doctors wrote on my notes at least three times that I needed a smear once I had had her. With the stress of a new baby I had completely forgotten about it. When I remembered a couple of months after I spoke to my mum and she asked if I had anything else weird down there. Well sex is quite often very painful and I can bleed, both before and after pregnancy, and I’ve always passed clots with my periods. I also have quite a lot of discharge on a regular basis (sorry for tmi). I have been checked for sti’s and infections but have none. So I called the doctors to ask for a smear and I got a very rude reply ‘you’re under 25 so no’. I’ve called numerous times. They refuse to give me a doctors appointment or even let me speak to a doctor I always get ‘the nurse will call you back’ and always the same answer. I’m 20 and really confused at what to do. Sorry for the long post. Any advice welcome, thank you xx
