Hi could I have a privet post please?

Basically I had my little girl two years ago. The first year after I had her I had irregular periods because of complications after I had my section. They began to regulated after about 6/7 months. This year they have been all over the place. I had one in January, Feb, march & April. In may & June I had nothing. July I contacted my doctor and they sent me for a smear test with caused me to bleed for 3 days which the doctor has confirmed that it was not a period I had so since then I have nothing and my results came back clear. Today when I woke up I was in a pile of blood. I went and seen my doctor as it’s a massive blood loss, I was being sick, feeling dizzy and very shaky. He has done pregnancy test, urine samples & is sending me for bloods on Monday. He isn’t my usual doctors and is telling me I have to wait until Monday to be seen by my own doctor & has gave me 5 different types of Medication to take but has also told me he doesn’t know what it is that’s wrong with me. I don’t know if I should take the medication as he doesn’t know what is wrong. I don’t know what is happening with my body and should I be really concerned about it or not? Has anyone else ever had anything like this that could help me out?

I know this post is a big tmi but I’m worried sick 😭😭
