Hi, could I please have a post? Not too fussed if it is private or not.
Just curious if anyone else used menstrual cups before pregnancy, and how long you have to wait to use them after birth.
As I found using the menstrual cup really helped me during bleeding as I have always had very heavy bleeds on my period. So much so I would bleed through a night pad in only a couple of hours.
