Hi could I please have a pp? My little girl is nearly 7 months old & when she gets up in the night it takes 2 hours to settle her back down again. She used to sleep really well, she slept through from 4weeks until approx 5 months old but ever since she’s been a night mare. Getting up multiple times and each time taking hours to settle back down. I’ve tried rocking her, I’ve tried letting her put herself back to sleep, I’m just at my wits end. So just looking for any ideas advice or suggestions really. From an absolutely shattered mummy who needs to get some sleep soon!! Tia x
