Hi could I please have a private post as this is quite delicate.
I have spent the past year trying to make things work work with my Husband. He drinks and has quite a bit of debt. I have recently had his baby whichs the main reason why I am trying so hard. I have been a single mom previous and I know its difficult. I am so unhappy though. I have tried splitting up a few times and he hounds me. The police removed him twice from our home bcos he was drunk and causing a scene. I took him back he promises to change and does for a while. He then slips back and although much improved I feel like I am better and happier when he isnt around.
I have made up my mind to apply for a divorce after xmas (mainly so he doesnt ruin xmas for my family)
But how do I stay strong and get him to leave? He wont go. My house is private let in my name tenancy ..I dont claim no benefits as he earns so much but spends it as well. Hes always poor. I just feel like hes pulled me down and I want to be happy. Advice please….I also know he will use our baby as a weapon against me. This time I want to leave 4 good and be me….I have applied 4 council housing and they are helping me. I just feel so NICE SILLY AND WEAK 😔
