Hi could you do a pp for me please?

Does anyone know anything about cocaine addiction?
My partner has a very runny nose as if he has a cold all the time, he gets hot a lot even if it’s not a hot day and recently he’s had problems swallowing that he’s had tests for and all have come back as normal.
Are these the signs of a recreational Coke user or an addicted user? Please help😥xxx
