Hi could you post please,

Basically seen an ad for a flat in London £700 per month including water electricity and internet
Been emailing the guy and I’m not sure if it’s dodgy or not, but this is part of his email “Therefore i require that you review the tenancy agreement form, if the tenancy terms are okay you will be required to pay holding deposit of 3 weeks rent, this is payable by bank to bank transfer to ensure easy refund if you decide not to take the flat after inspecting it, once the holding deposit is transferred and confirmed, we can schedule a possible time to meet and inspect the flat.”

Now obviously I’m not going to send any money without even seeing the flat, I’m young and never done this before so was just wondering if there’s any way I can find out if this is legitimate?? Thanks x
