Hi, could you post something for me please
So I have a girl (2) when she was born she was put into care for a month due to the father saying I have been trying to terminate the pregnancy illegally (I didn’t) went to court, and we was put into a mother & baby foster placement for 6 months. I won, case closed. But it’s made me very over protective cause I could of lost her and she’s my life.
Anyway, 2 weeks ago I gave birth to my son (different dad’s) but we broken up 4 weeks ago due to him being lazy, selfish, not helping, lying, secrets just lots of stuff to much to type.
Last week he threatened to take my son away from me (we was arguing but he knows about me being over protective) so now I’m paranoid and over protective of my son and won’t let him out my sight.
He’s on the birth certificate,
My ex is living in my house cause basically know one will have him and he lies to everyone.
I told him he can stay as long as he pays his way and helps out but all he does is eat my food, stays up until early hours on Xbox, very secretive with his phone, (will hide it down the side of the pillow, takes it everywhere)
I’m getting a £250 budgeting loan out and he turned round and asked for half, (doesn’t work, his benefits been suspended this month) I’m getting loan out to pay bills, and daughter’s birthday in 2 weeks and need a bouncer.
My question is can he really up and leave with my son and not return him? I’m really scared IL loose my boy
And is there anything he can do about getting a place?
He got his flat took of him from council cause he owed 1k in rent and went to court.
I can’t kick him onto the streets.
I could get back with him so I know I won’t loose my boy but I don’t know if I love him, he’s changed into this lazy slob who does NOTHING for his son, I do feeds, nappies, baths, changing, bottles, I brought everything, I play with him, I get up every hour at night to comfort him when he won’t settle,
I can’t loose my boy, I’m so scared I will, and I’ve read it happening to women on here 😞
Yes it’s equal parental responsibilities but I’m the one who’s caring for him and makes sure he has everything he needs,
Thank you xx
