Hi does anyone know if my employer can claim back some of my maternity pay? The reason I ask is I’m employed by a non profit organisation but I’m unable to establish if they are entitled to claim the money back ? Thank you 😊

They can only claim back the money if you decide not to go back after your maternity leave is finished, even at that not all compainies do this x
