Hi hun could I have a private post please?
Basically I’m so stuck on what to do my little girl is 2 and she just doesn’t sleep through the night unless she’s in bed with me! I’ve tried everything!!! I’ve tried her with a nap or without a nap longer nap shorter nap she usually goes to bed at 7.30 she has a good routine she has her dinner little bit of calm playtime then a warm bath and warm milk and goes to bed. Sometimes when she’s been to nursery she’s asleep for 6 jn her own bed.but Wakes at 11. Even if she’s gone to bed later she will still wake up at 11/12 and come info my room.shes never been a good sleeper. I’m so stuck on what to do! I’m a single mummy and just want me and my little girl to have a full nights sleep! Thank you in advance ❤
