Hi Hun, please may I have a private post please.
I posted a month ago regarding my partners ex wife. They have been split for 5 years and have 3 children together. In September she contacted social services with a load of fabricated events that had apparently happened while the children were in his care. We also have a child together. Social services completed an investigation, including contacting my child’s nursery, health visitor and GP. They completed a home assessment and closed the case with an outcome of malicious allegations which had no evidence to be backed up and obviously my child’s health report and nursery report was impeccable. He has tried to arrange contact with the kids this weekend and she has now sent an email saying that Social services have informed her she is not allowed the children to have overnight stays with us as per the court order in place for my partners access to the children (usually every other weekend and half of every school holiday). She has also now accused me of apparently assaulting the children. I literally don’t think you could make it up if you tried. He is beside himself and in absolute tears, and I am sitting here in a state of shock and literally can’t deal with this woman having an impact on my life any longer. She knows exactly how to hurt him and that’s withholding the children, and she knows exactly how to hurt me as my child is my absolute world. Both myself and my partner have good jobs, he pays her £600 per month CSA, he’s given her the marital home. What more does she want from us? What did I ever do wrong to be dragged into this mess. How do we deal with this. Social services have confirmed to us in writing that the case is closed, why is she not accepting it and continuing this campaign of hate. She ended the marriage so what is the problem! It was so expensive to take it to court to get a contact order in place, we will struggle to spend £1000s to take it back to court as she’s broken the order. All we want is to see his children and our child’s siblings. His children are in contact a lot via phone and have actively asked to come over. We just don’t understand. 😔
