Hi I️ was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this? I recently wore some cheap earrings, I usually wear cheap ones but these weren’t brand new and I forgot to clean them. Now I had what feels like an under the skin spot on my ear and a purple rash on my ear (pic attached). I’ve been to chemist and going to call the doctors tomorrow but just wondering if anyone has any advice to calm my nerves haha. It’s feeling quite hot too if that means anything.

I can’t wear earrings at all anymore due to cheap ones. I get “pimples” under the skin now that get very large. And take FOREVER to pop. Talk about hurt? I just got one last month that finally popped yesterday.
I get this when I wear jewellery containing nickel. Most cheap jewellery contains it and it can cause redness, itchiness and a burning sensation. What I did to clear it up is clean it with warm salty water on cotton wool a couple times a day. I hope it clears up soon Hun. x
